Thinking about the whole Shane/Mercedes/Sam thing. I’m feeling ~things~. First of all: the kiss. I flailed. Still flailing somewhat. I’m not really worried about the fact that it happened so much as what will happen next. With the whole “ultimatum” thing, depending on what it is, I might be about to get really mad at Sam. Unlike some people, I never had bad feelings toward Shane, depending on my attitude, it goes from non-existent to that was kinda cute. He supported her a lot so far this season & I can’t be mad at him for that. So I don’t want him to end up looking like a duck in this. If Mercedes decides to tell him about it, and they decide that they want to take a break or work through it, then Ion have no problems with that. Personally, I feel that they’re the only ones who should have any feelings about their relationship. Which brings me to Sam. Sam can’t get mad at Mercedes if she doesn’t leave Shane when he wants her to. She’s told him multiple times that she’s with Shane or it was fling. Yep it was more than that & she still has feelings for him, but she also has a boyfriend. Depending on how the next episode goes, I can say that she hasn’t lead him on so far. She’s been almost completely honest with him about her feelings. I would talk about the FTEISYF situation but we really don’t know if she’s talk to Shane about it, so I’m at “wait and see” for now. Basically, I just wanted to get the bold out. If she’s still with Shane, then Sam has no right to give her any ultimatums. At ALL. Should she tell Shane about the Kiss? Yes. But that’s the furthest Sam has to do with in this situation about Shane and Mercedes decide to deal with it is between them two & only them two. That is all. =)
